American actor Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She started her career in an actor in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2006) and She's the Man (2006). Later, she played the role as reporter Willa McPherson on FX's series Dirt. She also had an important role in FX's short-lived show The Ex List. She played Kaylee an infant Moira on the very first season of on FX's American Horror Story. She played Jessie Anderson on AMC's The Walking Dead, and Sophie on NBC's This Is Us. She also voices characters in the animated series Family Guy. Since 2019, she has starred as Melinda "Mel" Monroe in the Netflix series Virgin River. Breckenridge was a resident of Darien, Connecticut, until when she was 10 when she and her mother moved to California,[1] where they went through a few different places before they settled in Mill Valley. Breckenridge was first interested in singing, acting, and photography around the age of 13. When she turned 15, she moved with her mother back to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career.
